Please include your shipping details & preferred carrier - UPS / USPS / DHL

( You will need to sign for your order at time of delivery

USPS only insures up to 1000$ Internationally)

 

We'll then write-up your odrer in PDF format and reply

for your confirmation / approval. We have found it really helps to discuss

your order in advance as compared to an online shopping cart type system.

What one initially thinks one needs often times ends up NOT being

what gets ordered......

 

Checks & Money Orders ( in USD please ) are preferred for US & CDN sales.

Credit cards are also fine if you'd like. Just click on one of the cards below to process

your card payment. You will not need to input any order details when using our card processor.

 

Please note that foreign customers will likely incurr destination

taxes and customs brokerage fees. It would be wise for you to check in advance

with your shipper of choice as to what these charges will amount to in order to

avoid any future surprises.....

A helpful note from one of our Canadian customers on how to clear customs vs. having the shipper do it:

The CBSA (Canada customs) website, tells you what you need, to clear your own shipment at https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/import/courier/lvs-efv/prsn-eng.html#_s2

You then call UPS at 1 800 742 5877, choose your language, then press option 3.

Tell them you wish to self clear your shipment. They will ask you for some shipping info, including the tracking number, and your email.

Take a print out of the document they send you into CBSA and pay your taxes

Note: this is not at the border. Call CBSA to find out where the closest office is where you can pay your taxes.

Once you've paid, CBSA will provide you with a 'B15' form showing that you've paid your Taxes.

You submit all the rubber stamped documents back to UPS and you're done.

The only difficulty I ran into was that the border agent didn't know what was required and kept asking for a waybill or a

cargo tracking number; neither is generated by UPS for such a small shipment, and aren't required

(you just need your shipment tracking number)

I recommend going in with the CBSA website open to the requirements section, just in case you run into the same problem I did.
